"This company is 100% legit. The customer service is unreal. Let me explain. I was having a community event on July 20th, I had already locked in another company, well another company had agreed that they would provide the inflatables. I kept calling and texting the week of to get my quote and to make my payment, but I did not get an answer or a response to my text messages. I called once more on the Tuesday before my event, and they canceled on me last minute. I called Angelo at moonwalk like 4 days before my event and told him what happened. He assured me that he and his company would take care of me. He walked me through the entire process. He made everything so easy, from picking out what I wanted and making my payment online. He had other events scheduled that day, but he came and setup early that morning. It was raining so hard, but he was very patient and when the rain eased, he erected the 2 bounce houses and gave instructions before leaving. The entire process was painless and smooth.
